Today I want to talk about the newest release from the house of Versace. This is the newest flanker or the only flanker I believe of Versace Dylan blue. And this is Dylan turquoise. Versace Dylan Perfume Review

This one comes in a turquoise color bottle. But anyways I’ll just let you guys know what the notes are I’ve worn it a few times. So, the notes of Dylan turquoise or turquoise I think it’s turquoise uh top notes are mandarin primo Fiore lemon pink pepper, mid notes are black currant bud jasmine freesia and guava.

And base notes are cedar musk and clear wood and the clear wood is trademarked. So I’m not really sure exactly what that is or what it’s supposed to smell like. So the opening of this fragrance reminded me of another fragrance right away you guys. Um, Moschino I love which to me smells very similar to Dolce Gabbana light blue. It has this very lemony fresh sweet candy-like opening. Which is very bright and fizzy zesty and watery and just very refreshing. And just a happy opening. Well, it made me happy anyway. This fragrance is inspired by escaping to distant islands. I believe so it does definitely have this tropical feel. It does remind me of summer vacation like a beach destination kind of thing. So that’s the opening. It’s quite nice. It’s something it’s not really original or anything but it does smell pleasant. Especially if you like those two fragrances that I just mentioned.

So in the mid of this fragrance, it starts getting more fruity on my skin. Where the guava comes out. It’s like a fresh crisp fruity scent. The taste is very distinct and I do smell it in here. And as this fragrance dries down. It smelled more and more like guava to me. So yeah it’s still quite a nice scent. It reminds me of summertime a vacation tropical kind of setting.

Summer in a bottle it’s very likable. It’s wearable inoffensive clean and fresh watery like. It has an aquatic feel to it. But yeah it does as I said before it’s not really that original smelling. But I do think that most people would find the scent appealing.

I think that if you own either I love by Moschino or the light blue by Dolce Gabbana. Or also there’s another one that it kind of reminds me of a jimmy choo. I think it’s low in that green bottle it kind of reminds me of that too. Where that one kind of reminded me of a watery lychee kind of scent. Which I do detect in here as well.

So yeah um it’s a very light fragrance. It’s not something that is very heavy but that’s kind of expected. Because it is a citrus scent. It stays pretty close to the skin on me. Um but yeah I did not like the original Dylan blue at all. I do like this one but it does remind me of other things so you know. But I still like it it’s still an okay scent. For me, I don’t think I would need to own this one. Because light blue has been something I’ve been wearing for a long time. So I’d probably just stick with that but I do enjoy this it’s okay. Ariana Grande R.E.M. Review | Is it Worth It?

So today I want to talk about REM by Ariana Grande. I have actually a few samples. That I decanted into a spray vial because these ones are the awkward dabber samples. That pretty much no one likes. As far as I could tell Ariana Grande R.E.M. Review

So you guys probably all know what the bottle looks like. It’s a very strange design with like sharp pointy crystals. it kind of reminds me of kryptonite and superman or superwoman or something like that.

Yeah, she does her bottles are kind of weird. They do stick out from the rest of my bottles in my collection. I have a cloud. Probably her most favorite of her most popular perfume. And I also have moonlight. So if I own these do I think it’s worth it to get the rem. I’ll just answer that at the very end of this article.

So I’ll just say out the notes here in the top there’s quince fig salt caramel and zephyr. Mid notes are lavender and pear blossom and tonka bean and musk sandalwood are in the base.

While I talk to you guys but I have tested this on my skin but basically it’s just first impressions. So okay so what do I get well on the paper it smells different.

You know for the first 10 seconds on my skin. This one I do get like a strong alcohol blast. It’s not really a huge deal. Sometimes you do get that with perfumes where you just smell nothing but alcohol. But it fades away after 5 or 10 seconds like that. And it comes down into a salty-sweet caramel vanilla scent.

I do find it quite sharp. There’s something in here that’s kind of just pushing that caramel scent. So it does smell like caramel but for me, I don’t get that caramel texture. So what I mean by that is like a Werther’s original.

You know the soft candy. That’s what I think about when I think of caramel or like warm caramel. Drizzle over some dessert or something like that. But I don’t get the warmness or the texture of caramel in here.

But I do get the scent of it. And it has like this sharp kind of maybe a spice. Even I’m not sure what it is but there is something sharp in here. Which is kind of interesting. It does smell nice it is unusual. But it’s definitely not an unpleasant scent. It’s just a sweet salty-sweet vanilla caramel perfume in the opening.

Which I like so in the mid and dry down of this perfume. This is when I like this perfume even more. So as this dries down those sharp edges of that sweetness they do really soften.

And it almost starts becoming delicate and elegant. And as I said real soft. And it also kind of starts reminding me of how soft other Ariana grande perfumes are. Almost like a marshmallowy soft squishy texture.

And I can definitely see a resemblance. Actually between rem and say for example cloud and moonlight.

It doesn’t really smell exactly the same as either of these. But I definitely sense a common base I think in all of these three fragrances. Where you get the sweetness that is just very soft and airy and lightly sweet. And honestly just reminds me of the texture of marshmallows or like pillowy billowy clouds.

So for the scent in the dry down, what I’m left with is a very wispy light lavender scent. And also vanilla and tonka bean. There’s no vanilla listed in the notes but when I smell this I’m just thinking right away vanilla.

Of course, tonka bean as a note is mostly sweet as well. And it also gives off a little bit of a powdery kind of texture in here. And the more and more I sniff this and also on my skin. Especially in the dry down I also get like the slightest hint of a licorice scent. And this is not in the notes but there’s just something in there that’s just.

Maybe it’s the same sharpness that I got in the opening. There’s just something in here that I can’t really put my finger on what exactly it is. But there is something kind of um earthy maybe. Or I have no idea what it is. Has a little bit of spiciness to it that reminded me of black licorice.

So there’s a slight hint of that in the background. But most of all in the dry down it’s about a soft wispy lavender and a slightly powdery sweet tonka scent. So that’s what it smells like. Do I think that I need this?

Or would I buy this perfume honestly probably not I do think the scent itself is quite pleasant? It’s safe I think if you are a fan of Ariana grande perfumes. You’ll probably like this but since it does have that same soft pillowy texture in both moonlight and cloud. Which as I said before it doesn’t smell exactly the same.

But it kind of like has a hint of it. Like they all they’re all connected and. Then for me, it would just feel like it’s redundant I wouldn’t need to own rem. If I own either of these. But I still think it smells really nice.

People-pleasing most people would enjoy it. And as I said before if you are a fan of Ariana grande perfumes. There’s a big chance you’ll probably like this too. But at the same time, you might find it a little bit redundant.

Best Guerlain Perfume find this year 2020

Today I want to talk about a new perfume flanker from the house of Guerlain. This is a flanker of mongolon. Actually, it’s a flanker of a flanker. So first we had mongolon and then a flanker of that was bloom of rose monger law. And then now we have a bloom of rose EDP. Best Guerlain Perfume find this year 2020

This is just my first impression. You guys I’ve only worn it a few times. Keep that in mind. The bottle looks pretty much the same. It just has a darker band collar around the neck of the bottle. So a luminous Eau de parfum composed of the iconic lavender vanilla pairing.

Colored with an intense bouquet of roses and a delicious pear note. So notes in this one are rose, pear, vanilla bergamot, sandalwood, lavender, jasmine and patchouli.

So what do I get from this perfume? Well in the opening of this perfume I get a sweet berry fruitiness and also a rose. So it’s a sweet rose that in the beginning, it’s mostly the fruity sweetness that comes out right away. But after like a minute or so the rose really does emerge from this fragrance.

And the rose here is quite nice. It’s quite musky and warm and pleasant. And I’m just thinking of like a rose-scented. A berry scented rose is what I get. That’s warmed up musky a little bit dusty as well. And it’s just a very nice pleasant opening. When I did spray this on my skin I just really enjoyed that opening.

Because it was just really warm and cozy. And you know with the weather starting to get cooler depending on where you live of course. I just found it to be very enjoyable and comfortable and very pleasant. So as this fragrance dries so I get the sweetness that comes out more. Probably from the vanilla and also the rose starts changing. Where in the beginning it was very warm and kind of musky. As it dries the rose starts getting a little bit powdery. Just slightly powdery and it’s not as fruity sweet anymore.

In the mid, the rose really has taken over. And honestly, I don’t really get much lavender in here. On my skin, I don’t smell it. Also on the test strip here I don’t really smell much lavender. It’s mostly the fruit fruity sweet vanilla rose scent. Where the rose just seems to be always changing and evolving.

Which is really interesting I really like the transitions. How things transition in this fragrance. So after quite some time three-four hours, the rose changes again. Whereas as I said earlier it was warm and cozy in the beginning in the dry down. The warmth is quite bright and refreshing. I still get the sweetness from the vanilla in the dry down is where I get mostly this pear note.

And also this pear note is quite watery and refreshing too. And yeah it’s it feels fresh now. Fresh and bright. Still cozy yes but not as warm as it was in the beginning. So yeah it’s a nice fragrance. This one actually surprised me because of the other bloom of rose perfume. I think it was the EAU de toilette version. That one well I did I wasn’t really crazy about that one. But this version of the EDP I prefer for sure. With the original mongolon I can’t really wear it because I get an allergic reaction to it.

Unfortunately but I do think it’s also a very nice vanilla lavender powdery soft comforting scent. But yeah this is quite nice the lasting power on me was very decent. And for me this hasn’t this doesn’t really remind me of the original mongolon at all. Maybe because of the lavender note.

Isn’t really prominent on me. But yeah this is a really interesting fragrance. Especially how the rose just keeps on changing and transitioning as it dries down. And I quite like this too. So yeah this is definitely one to try for sure. And especially if you’re a fan of this line of course. Give it a shot to see how it goes.

I enjoyed testing this and I think it’s a safe scent. Probably something you can wear every day to the office. It’s inoffensive, it’s pleasant it’s not too overbearing or anything.

Best Cheap Perfume find this year 2020

Hey, Guys today I want to share with you guys. My most favorite cheapy fragrance buy of this year 2020. I know 2020 is not finished yet. But you guys this one blew me away so much. That I just feel like I can’t even imagine anything topping it for now. Best Cheap Perfume find this year 2020

It happens to it was a blind buy sorry. And um it was very affordable and this was recommended by some of you in the comments.

This is from the house of Zara. And I gotta tell you guys Zara has been killing it this year. Like I’m not sure what they’ve been doing like a few years ago. Because I wasn’t really into Zara but as soon as the emotions collection. Joe loves collaboration.

As soon as that one came out I was like wow these are really great fragrances for such great prices. And then they came out with the memories collection. Which had the sweet pastry in Paris. And the mochi atelier in Tokyo. And I just talk about those perfumes all the time.

Because they’re gorgeous and so cheap. And they smell more expensive than they actually are. And it’s just perfect for my lifestyle at the moment.

Where I’m spending a lot of my time inside. Unfortunately but you know that’s what I just need I don’t need something like super strong all the time. Although I do love those kinds of perfumes too.

And I do wear them but for the house inside I just want something really nice that smells good. And it does not have to have like the best performance. But then again I didn’t pay much for it.

So this one here is a new release from the house of Zara. This is called rose gourmand. And the first thing I need to state is that it’s a very heavy bottle, you guys. There’s this huge chunk of glass at the bottom here. That makes it so weighty. It’s probably one of my heaviest bottles. That I own but I kind of like when bottles are heavy.

For example the Montel bottles, they’re made out of like tin or something I’m not sure what it is illumined. I’m not sure but it’s so light. And then when I hold it in my hand. When I have held it in hand still in the store. It just didn’t really feel nice you know. It just didn’t feel like it was anything.

It didn’t even feel like a perfume it kind of reminded me a little bit of like a paint can or like hairspray or something that. But yeah I guess packaging does matter. It doesn’t for all of us but for me I really like it when things are super heavy. And this one is a very heavy fragrance.

The perfume itself however is probably one of the best performing fragrances. Out of the ones that I’ve tried from Zara. It lasts very well on my skin. I haven’t had this for very long. I’ve had it just for a few weeks or three weeks or something like that.

And you can see already that I’ve gone through a lot of it. And that’s how much I love it. You guys it’s beautiful. It is a beautiful jammy, sweet vanilla, rose, syrupy, heavy deep perfume. It smells expensive. I believe this was like 50.95. If I remember correctly but it smells much more than that.

And honestly, I know some people have made the connection between this fragrance and another. Because people say that this is a dupe of roses veneer by Mancera. I just have a small spray travel size.

I just love it. I love this to you guys. If you’ve tried roses veneer then you would probably like this one. Because it is very similar. They’re very similar. They’re really thick and rich and sweet rosy jammy vanilla.

I think there are only three notes listed in the rose gourmand. It’s a rose vanilla and amber. And honestly, it’s so good. I will say that although the rose gourmand does perform really well. The biggest difference here is that rose’s veneer. It even performs even better. Like this is just one of the strongest perfumes I’ve tried.

That when I first tried it I wasn’t in love with it. But this one really grew on me. And I really like rose’s veneer. But for the price difference, I think the rose gourmand would be just fine. It’s not as strong. But for the performance on this one, it’s good enough. You guys it’s really it does last for a very long time. And it still smells fantastic.

So another thing that I can say is that. In both of these fragrances both the rose gourmand and the roses venee. There aren’t any coffee notes in this one. I don’t think there are coffee notes in this in the roses. I haven’t checked but I definitely get the scent of coffee bees. Like dark roasted coffee beans in both of them.

It’s a bit richer in this one. And this one also reminds me of the intense cafe by Montel. Which you know I would say that all three of these fragrances are related. So rose gourmand roses veneer and intense cafe by Montel. Which is another fragrance that I did not like at first. But you know it slowly grew on me.

And I know I think it’s beautiful. So yeah you guys this is a fantastic fragrance. It’s a steal of a deal for sure. It is my favorite thus far a cheapy fragrance discovery of 2020.

It’s absolutely gorgeous. A few days ago I wore this fragrance and my husband happened to make me an espresso at the same time. As soon as I sprayed this on and I took a sip of my espresso. While I still smelled this coming off strongly off of my skin and clothes.

And I was like in of how beautiful it smelled and I literally said I’m like oh my gosh this smells so good. And so I got like coffee roasted coffee beans. And I got this and it reminded me of an intense café. And then it reminded me of rose’s vane.

And yeah it’s just fantastic. And I swear Zara is just doing so well. And I’m loving their fragrances so. I’m going to keep on discovering perfumes from Zara. I just ordered some sample sets that they just released on their website.

So yeah I don’t have to blind anymore. I can just test those fragrances. So stay tuned for reviews or first impressions on that coming up on my site. But yeah if you can get this and you like either roses veneer or intense café. Then you should definitely get this.

Okay so in number 5 spot. This is another perfume that I’ve been testing a lot lately.

And I do want to review this as well in the near future. Elie Saab Girl Of Now very popular a lot of people love this perfume. I think it’s alright but I don’t think it’s like the best perfume I’ve ever smelled. It’s okay It’s pretty average in my opinion. But yeah very popular I actually think I enjoy the flanker the shine girl of now shine. A little bit better than this one. But this one’s pretty good. Especially in the opening and the bottle is kind of pretty to look at.

In number four spots we have our Armani Si Eau de Toilette. I have samples of it that I’ve been kind of going through. And it’s okay I mean it’s popular for a reason. I don’t know the differences between all of the original and then the audit all that and then other flankers. There’s an intense version. There’s also the C pacion which I wasn’t a huge fan of. But yeah I guess they’re popular for a reason but that’s apparently number four.

In number three spots we have Chloe Nomade Eau De Parfum EDP. This is the Eau de Parfum. So I really enjoyed the Eau de Toilette version of this. I liked the Eau de Parfum as well. It’s very safe everyday office kind of scent. Kind of popular I think a lot of people might enjoy this one. And I do think that the bottle looks really fun. Unique it’s like meant to resemble or it interprets the saddlebag. I’m not sure exactly now I forget what the story was. But no mad Chloe o de parfum in number three spot.

In number two spots we have Dior Miss Dior Eau de Toilette EDT. So this is another very popular perfume. I haven’t really paid much attention to this line. I really enjoyed the misty or sherry.

So lastly we have number one. This is Chanel Chance Eau Vive. So there we go I think that my favorite from this flanker. The trance line is probably the old fresher in the green bottle. But I think all of these Chanel trance perfumes are pretty wearable everyday easy. Like easy grab dumb reaches kind of thing.

Best Zara perfume for women (Review 2020)

Hey Guys!!! Today I want to talk about a fragrance that I think is absolutely perfect for the spring. I know spring still quite away but I’ve been wearing this and testing this for a little while. Now every single time I wear this. I like it more and more and more and actually, now I love it. And I just wanted to share my thoughts with you guys on this perfume.Best Zara perfume for women review

So this is called water lily tea dress. This is part of the Zara emotions collection which was a collaboration between Zara and Jo Malone. The Joel loves branch of Jo Malone. Water lily tea dress a definite standout at least for me after multiple Waring’s out of the collection. This was released in 2019 very affordable perfumes this one. I got as a gift for Christmas from my husband.

So this is a 10 male rollerball 595 euros from Zara. They also come in bottles I think 40 40 mils and 90 mils super inexpensive. And yeah I absolutely love this for food perfume.

Now, so the notes in this perfume: three notes listed only. There are musk bergamot and mint and I have just to put some on my hand. And it’s lovely you guys. It is a lovely green fresh bright delicate herbal scent.

It’s just such a nice fresh scent for the spring. Let me just read the quote that’s back here maybe a little bit more of a setting or preface to this fragrance. So quotes in quotes soft jazz music plays in the background picnics on the lawn of vintage tea dress floats by in the gentle breeze.

So yeah it smells like that just a minute shell but just to get more in-depth with. This to me when I smell this perfume I’m smelling freshly cut lawn clipping. So fresh grass I’m thinking of herbal mint and basil. If you were to softly crush all of these three things mint – basil and grass and so it gets a little bit moist.

And it starts releasing all of those like fragrant smells. It reminds me a lot of that I also get a little bit of citrus in here. This is the citrus in here listed is bergamot to me it’s more like a lime sense.

I guess they’re similar probably they are but that’s what I get in here and going back to the mint and. Basil, I know that those are super fragrant that can be super pungent and potent.

Especially when you crush them the herbal notes in here to me are toned down actually everything is toned down. The men to the basil and the grassy smell are really toned down really really soft.

It’s elegant. It’s breezy. It’s very airy and light and just very delicate smelling on my skin apparently water lily tea dress. Apparently, it smells similar to another jo Malone perfume and that one is called white mint and jasmine. Or white jasmine and mint something like that. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried that one.

So I can’t really comment on how similar they are. But yeah water lily tea dress it’s just such a sweet innocent smelling easy to wear pleasant happy perfume some imagery that.

I get with this is said. If I am wearing or as a person or someone is wearing a nice pastel pink dress or a white dress. She’s walking in some enchanted forest the skies are clear blue.

And there’s a little bit of breeze in the but in the forest. You hear the rustling of the leaves in the air say she’s walking towards a pond a very still water pond.

You can see the light of the Sun kind of beating down on the pond. And the light is reflecting kind of making it look sparkling. There are lily pads on this pond. And it’s just so quiet and peaceful and serene.

And it feels like a pure there’s like purity to this perfume. It’s clean it’s just really nice. Yeah, I do also get some tea notes in here maybe because of the name water lily tea dress.

I’m imagining like high tea on a picnic blanket in this forest. And she’s drinking like the finest most expensive white tea very soft and light in flavor that’s. What I’m picturing with this and it is absolutely gorgeous really gorgeous.

Definitely worth easily worth the 595 for a rollerball of it. I probably am going to pick up a bottle of this. When I can when I go to Sarah next and it’s spring in summer. Because I think that’s when this would be most suitable.

But of course, you can wear this any time of year whenever you want to escape to some enchanted forest. And have high tea drink white tea in that forest. This would be perfect really relaxing kind of like aromatherapy.

I think for me anyway. I’m not picturing soft jazz music though. When I smell this I’m thinking more of like Clannad you know. If you guys know Clannad. I’m probably even pronouncing it wrong just let me know in the comments or give me a thumbs up well.

You don’t have to but that’s what. I’m thinking just very ethereal and angelic and beautiful. And oh my gosh every time I smell it and every time I wear it as I said earlier. I love it more and more so please do get your nose on this. If you’re in the market for a nice fresh green inexpensive spring/summer fragrance.

I think that you know. I think that there’s something to appreciate in this even though it might not be your style. There’s something to appreciate in this for sure for everyone.

Hi everyone today I’m talking about celebrity perfumes Kim Kardashian perfume review gold. I have nothing against them. I like some. I appreciate some more than others. Just didn’t make sense making and then some celebrities came to my tape on it right.

One thing I should see people just bash celebrity perfumes. I think it inferior or some kind of thing. And that’s not the case right because some of these celebrated perfumes are made by the same factories by designers fragrances.

And her first one was a success. This goal was good too but it didn’t beat the first one in 17. It’s just a plain big gold box with the key right. This is Michael McGlinn smokes.

This is a 50 ml so cute. It reminds me of Gucci Guilty in the design. A little bit yeah and on top half gold written on it. But I have 50ml ATP natural spray.

So you know buddy working with paints pretty yet. And I’m smelling smell along well citrusy. A little fruity sweet yeah. I’m getting that so I’m gonna spray. Tell you the guy is not some get in and then we don’t you notes.

It smells good it smells good. It’s my lemon. I’m smelling a good rose. And Rose is actually hot. The hot note no I’m not I’m just – right here.

Okay, so lemon and grapefruit being top notes. And burnt and that is of course between lemon and grapefruit. Ping pepper is one of the very top notes. The heart is jasmine rose and violet. This note says musk sandalwood patchouli amber Ambien. Some people have pronounced that differently and I am really like does smell like in scent.

Yeah so it’s a classy elegant said I would suggest late twenties early thirties into forties wear this. Again a little vanilla you know yeah longevity and salacious moderate. Average gives you a DA longevity is between four to seven hours could be any less. Protraction is good for the first 15 minutes.

It projects well yeah I will suggest you wear this at nighttime. Is not a happy day since it’s not going to work sent. This is going on addy toughest eight-point win again I told so many nights. And it’s cool you know wintertime or whatever.

But in the Caribbean here we just have two seasons rainy. And dry but truly adults it’s half patchouli for bees but I don’t smell it but surely as much I don’t know if  RS was smelly.

But I’m not smelling it. Then grapefruits on musk are very detectable and those are quartz  I love patchouli as well. As much what I’m not getting it. I’m impressed with my take on this I like it. I like it. like that complements it on it a few times and that’s what I like. if I don’t ever get up with a compliment on a perfume.

I’ll be like that way this insane anything. Yes, I would like it, hmm and it lasts longer only clothes. Yeah, it lasts long manacles on his skin. I love the design bottle-cap looks cheap.

It feels light on you. But this is an expensive perfume. It’s like 23 US for 23 to 30 US. 100ml when it comes in 30 50 100 ml. It’s a yes for celebrity perfumes for me.

Hey everybody today’s review is going to be Cora Mandel from the house of Chanel. This is from their private line their lace exclusives line. Coromandel by Chanel is the EDP version that was released in 2016. I know that most people or a lot of people prefer the EDT version. I have tried the EDT but I haven’t had the chance to wear it side by side with this one to decide which one I like more. Coromandel by Chanel Review.

But today I’ll be focusing on the EDP version here.So some notes in this one are patchouli, white chocolate, benzoin and incense, olibanum, amber, woods, musk, citruses, aorus root, neroli, rose, and jasmine. so there’s a lot of notes here. But this fragrance smells so much different on my skin than it does on clothing. So first of all let’s talk about how this smells on my skin. Holy okay so what I get I’m just smelling it on my hand here.

What I get is a very damp and dirty patchouli scent. That honestly to me smells like a wet towel. Yeah, it’s that kind of patchouli where it’s very earthy and dark and.  I don’t know it’s quite challenging you guys.

I’m not sure if it’s just my skin that’s doing this. but it is very dirty patchouli but with that, I also get this white chocolate note. but it’s being overpowered by the patchouli. So I do get a little bit of sweetness in here in the opening for sure. but the patchouli is just you know taking over everything. And it’s quite challenging.

I don’t think it stinks at all but it’s a little bit too much for me to be honest.

Coromandel by Chanel Review

On my clothing however it’s kind of like the opposite. Where I get this very nice white chocolate note with the patchouli in the background. So it’s probably just a chemistry thing I don’t know. If you guys have tried this let me know how it is with you guys. Especially in the opening is it more prominent with the patchouli or the white chocolate or something completely different. Okay so in the dry down of Cora Mandel. This turns into the most beautiful scent dry down that I think I’ve ever experienced in perfume.

Where I’m left with this creamy vanilla white chocolate scent. It’s so good and there’s this smokiness in the background like incense burning in the background behind this melted sweet white chocolate. And it’s also quite resinous and I’m also getting some woods in here. so yeah it’s just amazing I get why this is so popular. I get why people are totally in love with this. This is probably the most popular of the lace exclusives line. as far as I know but yeah I get it. But I am finding the opening a little bit too challenging for me you guys.

I’m not sure I guess I can just wear it on my clothing and just leave it at that. So I don’t have to go through the but yeah I do think this is a beautiful perfume. There have been times when I wore this for a fragrance that especially in the dry down. I’m reminded of coco metamizole intense. and sometimes I think that the dry down is quite similar to coco metamizole intense. But if you just added a whole bunch of white chocolate to it. So yeah I do respect this fragrance. Maybe the opening I’ll have to challenge myself more to accept it. Or maybe I’ll just wear it on my clothes and just leave it like that. But yeah those were my thoughts on Cora mandel by the house of Chanel.

Hey everybody today I just want to do a quick opinion on my first impressions on a fragrance from the house of Guerlain. And this is called Guerlain Gourmand Coquin Eau de parfume review. I just have a small sample here. I’ve been testing it out for the past few days. And I have tried this fragrance before in-store.  I think last year and the year before.

Gourmand cocaine is a gourmand fragrance. It’s a chocolatey fragrance that I know that many of you absolutely love. Let me just get it on a test strip here. Okay, the opening of this you guys is gorgeous.

Like honestly it’s one of my favorites. Openings it is a beautiful chocolatey scent that to me reminds me of like a dark chocolate liqueur. And also it reminds me of powdered chocolate and cocoa powder.

So it’s very realistic. It’s delicious. It’s definitely something that if I were just in the mood to you know buy something on the spot. Because I fell in love with the opening.

This is probably one of those fragrances because it really is a literal chocolate delicious powdery cocoa. And chocolate liqueur kind of scent that is stunning. I really really love it. But I hate to tell you guys this.

But this fragrance as it dries down even after like 10 minutes. It turns into a skin scent on me. And I’m not really sure if it’s because my nose gets too used to this. And I stop smelling it or I get anosmic to it or if this really is honestly one of the lightest scents.

That I’ve ever tried ever. Either way, it’s a skin scent on me. It sits very very close to the skin only after like 10 minutes even. And I have to look for the scent. You know and for a fragrance that costs this much money. I don’t know you guys I’m unsure.

If I would want to spend this much money on a scent that does not last longer than about two to three hours on me. So in the dry down of this fragrance, I still get that chocolatey liqueur.

That reminds me of bailey’s which is one of my favorite alcohol drinks. I still get that powdery chocolate scent in here. Also the texture of powder in here as well. And I also get a little bit of spice that to me smells like cinnamon.

And so I’m thinking of a shot of bailey’s that’s kind of warm. And then sprinkling it on top with a little bit of cinnamon. And um it’s delicious like literally. It smells and tastes that taste well.

The way it smells makes my mouth water and I can almost taste the baileys. With the cinnamon when I smell this. So yeah it’s a beautiful chocolatey gourmand scent that’s very elegant and sexy and delicious and subdued and polite.

And the only thing that I don’t like about this is that on me it’s a skin scent for almost 10-15 minutes. And then it’s like I hardly I barely smell it on me. And it’s just a little bit too light for what I’m looking for in a fragrance. And I love chocolate fragrances but I want it to be bigger than this.

And then probably reach for some other chocolate fragrance. Because this one on me just does not perform well. So it could just be my skin chemistry. I’m not really sure but the scent itself from beginning to end.

For me is a 10 out of 10 but performance is like a 2 out of 10. So I would probably skip on this. Even though I love how it smells. And even though I don’t really mind skin cents. But for this amount of money.

I’m not sure if I would be willing to uh you know fork out the money for something that performs so poorly on me. So that’s all I have to say about gourmand cocaine from the house of Guerlain.

Would love to hear what you guys think of this fragrance. I know there are many of you who absolutely adore this fragrance. And I’m jealous that it lasts longer on you probably but yeah that’s it for me today.

Lancome Tresor Perfumes | My First Impressions

Today we have another vintage discovery perfume testing. I have my vintage perfume bag here. Let’s see here I actually know what I’ll be smelling today it’s been requested by one of you guys in the comments of my latest vintage. Lancôme tracer perfume is what I’ll be sniffing believe it or not for the very first time.

Am I late to the party or what actually you know what I think I smelled this in a magazine. When I was younger I’m not sure when this was released maybe in the 90s or something but. I do remember seeing the ad campaign for this all the time in magazines. Let’s give this a try. Okay, so it is a dabber sample. Wow okay so wow this perfume definitely has a presence.

Actually, you know the vintage perfumes that I’ve been testing so far these are big powerhouse perfumes. They are strong intense I can just imagine someone wearing this and them just easily leaving this very big scent trail behind them. Yeah, it’s a very strong perfume so.

To me this kind of smells I’m getting a sweetness in here like a fruity sweetness but it’s not like a juicy ripe kind of fruit. It’s more like a condensed dense kind of fruit. If that makes sense. I’m not sure what kind of fruit is here. But it feels like it there’s like a mix of different fruits maybe some peaches.

Maybe some pear. I’m also getting a nuttiness in here. Like almost a powdery nuttiness. I didn’t check what the notes are in this one so um I’m not sure what’s in here but um and like a sweet floral. Wow, this is almost wow okay. So it’s hard to describe this because I’m not used to smelling these kinds of perfumes, you guys.

Don’t have a lot of experience with these vintage perfumes. But yeah this is a powdery sweet fruity floral nutty scent. It’s not really fresh either this is quite um I don’t know it feels very dark to me. And very sexy and it’s beautiful.

Yeah, it is gorgeous. It’s very classy it’s giving off like this classy um elegance and I’m noticing that with also the other vintage perfumes that I’ve tried recently. They just have this classiness elegance about them. They’re quite loud powerhouses but not obnoxious at all.

It’s starting to remind me a little bit of like a powdery compact kind of like Narciso Poudre. But an old-fashioned or old school type of powdery-ness. Yeah, and I am getting a lot of nuttiness in here. I wonder if there are nutty notes in here it’s beautiful I like it I actually really love it.

Let’s see what the notes are in here let me just pull it up quickly okay and the notes in this one well it was released in 1990 and I’ll just read out a little bit of the write up here. Tresor is a treasure among perfume creations.

Tresor in French means treasure it is one of the best selling and most popular perfumes in the world. This exceptionally warm floral-oriental has a very fine and elegant composition made of rose heliotrope ores apricot and iris. But it’s gorgeous.

I like it I am just enjoying uh discovering these uh old school vintage classics. I’m just really amazed at how things have changed with perfumery from even like the 90s. Which is when this was released up until now 30 years later.

So yeah I would love to hear what you guys think of this perfume I’m pretty sure many of you might maybe all of you have already smelled this. But yeah I’m just enjoying these perfumes, you guys. I think this is great really nice classy elegance confidence kind of uh perfume.
